Each user is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension. All accounts require identity verification under KYC/AML obligations.

To open and maintain an account on WCC77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license terms, whichever is greater. WCC77 strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. Age verification is mandatory and will be conducted through the KYC process. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.

You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee or on behalf of a third party. Corporate accounts are not permitted under these Terms.
You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order — whether applied through WCC77 or through any recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme — at the time of registration or use. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device identifiers or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
You are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
WCC77 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage, including prior to any withdrawal. Acceptable documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and proof of address where required. All documents must be authentic, unaltered and submitted through the platform's official secure HTTPS verification flow. Never transmit sensitive documents through unsecured channels.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify WCC77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. WCC77 support will never request your password via any communication channel.
By using the WCC77 platform, you agree to use it exclusively for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to appropriate authorities where legally required.
WCC77 maintains a cashier facility through which users may fund their accounts and request withdrawals, subject to the conditions set out in this section and any additional terms published in the cashier or promotions area.
Available payment methods are displayed in the live cashier and are subject to change. For Pakistani users, familiar methods may include mobile wallets and bank transfer options. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced for contextual familiarity only. Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method. These are displayed in the cashier interface. As a general reference, minimum deposits for mobile wallet methods typically start from PKR 500 to PKR 1,000, subject to change. Minimum withdrawal amounts will also be stated in the cashier.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same account holder. WCC77 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Source-of-funds documentation may be requested for larger transactions under AML obligations. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) may be available subject to operator settings. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Users bear the risk of price volatility between the time of deposit and the time of credit. WCC77 does not represent that cryptocurrency use is legally permissible in Pakistan — users must verify applicable regulatory guidance, including from the State Bank of Pakistan, before conducting cryptocurrency transactions.
WCC77 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards or other incentive structures. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all WCC77 promotions:
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in eligible bets before withdrawal eligibility is reached.
Bonus Funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice or compensation. Expiry timelines will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one promotional offer may be active per account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
Certain games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements. For example, live casino games and table games may carry a 10% contribution rate while slots may carry 100%. Specific contribution rates will be detailed in individual bonus terms.

WCC77 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on erroneous odds, where a technical error has occurred or where fraudulent activity is suspected. Bets are not binding until confirmed by the platform.
Cricket markets, including PSL, ICC T20 internationals, Test matches and domestic tournaments, are governed by specific settlement rules. In the event of a match abandonment, weather stoppage or DLS application, markets will be settled in accordance with the published sport-specific rules applicable to that event format.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered at the operator's discretion. WCC77 accepts no liability for delays in live data feeds that may affect the currency of displayed odds. Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the current match situation before placing live bets.
If odds are displayed in error due to a technical or human fault, WCC77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. No compensation for winnings based on erroneous odds will be payable.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per day or per event may apply and will be stated in the relevant sport or game rules section. These limits apply regardless of the size of the original stake or the odds at which a bet was placed.

Where a user elects to self-exclude, WCC77 will use reasonable technical means to enforce that exclusion. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform Content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, copy, modify, frame, extract, reuse or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of WCC77.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WCC77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in this clause shall limit WCC77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
WCC77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed (including reversed chargebacks or pending bonus liabilities) will be returned to the account holder via an eligible payment method, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WCC77 holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall preclude WCC77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate to protect its intellectual property, confidential information or other legal rights.
Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani courts may have concurrent jurisdiction over disputes arising in Pakistan. WCC77 makes no warranty regarding the enforceability of these Terms under Pakistani law.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, escalation options will be communicated in writing.
WCC77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to users. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last reviewed" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where an amendment materially affects user rights or obligations, WCC77 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notification of material changes constitutes acceptance.
